What if my order arrives damaged?
We value our clients and will work to ensure complete satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our products, if a floral order arrives in damaged condition we can provide a choice of store credit or full replacement.
Non-perishable add-on items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt provided the items are returned unopened, unused, and with their original packaging and documentation. We are only able to accept returns if you are the original purchaser of the items.
Gift cards and select health and personal care items are non-returnable.
Please note that shipping refunds and return shipping costs will only be covered if the reason for the return was due to our error.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled for any reason up to 24 hours prior to shipment. If your order has entered the shipment process or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
